Underfloor Heating Accessories
Emmeti offer a range of materials and fixings to suit a wide variety of installation requirements for both screeded, concrete and floating floor types. Underfloor heating accessories offered include:
- Insulation panels - available in thicknesses from 10mm to 65mm according to type. Plain and castellated versions, made from expanded polystyrene with and without a coating of polystyrene film. Natural cork and polystyrene film in 20mm & 30mm thicknesses
- Insulating perimeter strip with self-adhesive strip for securing around the insulation edge to prevent screed from forming a cold bridge to the wall surface
- Clip rails for securing pipe to a flat insulation surface from 16mm to 20mm pipe sizes
- Staples for securing pipe or clip rails to insulation for use either manually or in a tacker gun
- Straddle clips to secure pipe in castellated insulation
- Dowels for securing mesh or membranes to insulation panels
- Mesh accessories - mesh clips for 3mm, 4.5mm & 6mm mesh in tube sizes up to 25mm OD
- Pipe bend supports – to protect and support pipe where it enters the floor, from 10mm to 25mm OD size, with or without centre fixing lug
- Tacker guns – for use with our staples to secure pipe directly to insulation panels
- Miscellaneous accessories – membrane moisture barrier sheet, wire mesh, pipe dispenser , adhesive tape
